Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels, security tags, and dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
